History
Keever and Associates was incorporated in 1977 and has built hundreds of custom commercial and residential projects around the Puget Sound region. The majority of our work has been in King County, specifically the Seattle and Bellevue metro areas.
Residential expertise includes: rustic cabins, arts and crafts bungalows, traditional craftsman, modern steel frame, California ranch house, Victorian, Tudor, and Cape Cod/Shingle style homes. Browse through our portfolio to view a sample of past projects.

Philosophy
The earlier we can be involved in the planning stages of a project the better. Ideally, we like to be involved during the schematic designPreliminary sketch of a project with minimal details phase,where we can provide advice and guidance on material selection, pre-pricing and value engineeringEvaluating materials and construction methods to achieve the most cost effective results without sacrificing quality to ensure each project stays on budget and is realistic in scope.
Construction budgets are based on the design plans, which will detail materials to be used and project specifications. Using our past experience in feasibility and design analysis, we help value engineer each project by suggesting building methodologies and materials that allow money to be saved and/or allocated to other areas of a project.
Scheduling is one of the most important aspects of project management. The schedule is established on a critical path basis, and the timing of material selection must be chosen with the schedule in mind.
We encourage clients to consider low energy and resource efficient options that in the long run can save money and are more environmentally friendly. In addition, there are many new, emerging technologies that are being incorporated into current designs. High speed internet, digital entertainment centers, wireless communications, low energy and resource efficient materials are some of the advances in technology that we have incorporated into recent projects.
The Puget Sound region can pose many challenges with it’s varied terrain and geology, from soft waterfront sites to rocky, mountainous landscapes. Keever and Associates has built on all types of terrain and has the experience to anticipate and successfully guide your project through any environmental challenges.
