Medical Office Space with Flair.

This warm vanilla shell in a mixed use building in Magnolia consists of approximately 1200 sqft.  The chiropractor interested in opening up shop contacted Keever and Associates, Inc. to provide pricing information for the build out of the space and design guidance.  What started with a one page sketch describing the needs of the tenant became architectural permit drawings and ultimately a new store front for the doctor to serve his clients.  Keever and Associates helped guide the doctor’s tenant improvement plans from inception, architect selection, value engineering and ultimately the custom build out of the space.

The beautiful interior design and custom artwork in the space was provided by the chiropractor’s long time friend, Donald Masterson.
