Redmond Athletic Club, Seattle General Contractor

The Redmond Athletic Club, Seattle General Contractor project consisted of a total commercial remodel of a Munson’s Market Grocery store to the building pictured below.  Some of the construction project highlights handled by Keever and Associates, Seattle general contractors are:  Three quarters of the roof was removed to add a mezzanine level.   All new utilities, all new siding, re-surfaced parking lot, new roofing, attractive exposed ducting HVAC system, a 35 ft high custom climbing wall, NCAA regulation basketball court, racketball courts.  Some of the challenges included:  ushering the project through the Redmond design commission, select demo of the existing concrete shell and preservation of the areas to remain.  The project was a design/build with Keever and Associates, Seattle General Contractors in collaboration with Architect Mike Jones.
